Menopause as a relational transition
In The Whole Partnership, working as a couple, you can expect a supportive and practical space to explore how peri-menopause and menopause affect both the woman and the relationship as a whole.
Across six weekly sessions, you will gain a deeper understanding of the emotional, physical, relational, and social changes that can arise during this transition.
Learning mindfulness-based and intrapersonal tools to improve communication, reduce reactivity, and strengthen connection.
The course offers space for honest reflection, guided practices, and shared conversations that help partners move away from blame or confusion and towards greater empathy, teamwork, and mutual support.
By the end you will:
🌿 Understand menopause as a whole-person and whole-relationship experience
🌿 Improve communication and empathy between both of you
🌿 Help partners support more effectively
🌿 Build mindfulness-based and intrapersonal tools for conflict, stress, and connection
🌿 Create a shared support plan
