Reverence Nature Walks
Making meaning of your Life Cycles
Discover resources. Share experiences. Find your confidence.

Awe, Belonging, and the
More-Than-Personal Self
The Reverence Nature Walk is a 6-week reflective, creative course that can offer you a gentle way to reconnect with the larger spiritual meaning and identity of your life.
In a time that can feel disorienting, emotional, and full of change, the Reverence Nature Walk invites you to slow down, deeply breathe, and remember that you are part of a wider cycle of growth, loss, renewal, and becoming.
Each week, you will be invited to take a walk. In a local nature landscape or simply notice that you find more than you would expect surrounding your local streets.
Using the Creative Journal you will recieve, you’ll bring your reflections, creatvity and art into a shared inquiry in the weekly online sessions.
By the end you will:
🌿 Return to yourself through nature and reflection.
🌿 Use walking for grounding, insight, and clarity.
🌿 See the menopause as part of a deeper life transition.
🌿 Express your experience through creativity, giving shape to your inner life,
as the woman you are getting to know.
