In The Whole Woman Staying Safe, you can expect a compassionate, carefully held space to explore emotional distress, suicide prevention, and wellbeing during peri-menopause and menopause through the interconnected lenses of mind, body, relationships, and wider life context.
Across six weekly sessions, the course offers gentle psychoeducation, grounding practices, reflective exercises, and practical safety tools to help you recognise warning signs, reduce shame, strengthen protective factors, and build a personal plan for support and safety.
The course is designed to help you feel less alone, more understood, and more able to take safe, steady steps towards connection, hope, and help when you need it.
By the end you will:

To ensure quality of your connection and holding there is a maximum of 4 women in a group.

What you will receive
Learn to recognise emotional, physical, relational, and behavioural signs that you may be struggling
Gain supportive techniques to reduce overwhelm, steady themselves, and respond earlier to distress.
Learn mindfulness-based and intrapersonal tools to reduce reactivity, calm the nervous system, and feel more grounded.
Using the StayAlive App create a safety plan to guide you through difficult moments with more clarity and care.
You may like to recieve Individual Theraputic coaching before or after or alongside the course.
1 hour session fee – sliding scale £40 – £65
Your Commitment
🌿 To walk a local nature path each week for a minimum of 45-60 minutes and without your phone
