Her Indoors – is a 6-week course designed to help you understand, soften, and transform patterns of unhelpful self-judgment.
Using mindfulness, self-compassion, reflective practices, the course explores how the inner critic shapes your thoughts, emotions, bodily experience, relationships, and the wider circumstances of your life.
The course explores
Inner world: thoughts, emotions, beliefs, anger, shame, identity, self-talk. Body and behaviour: stress responses, tension, overworking, withdrawing, perfectionism, coping habits. Relationships and culture: comparison, family messages, criticism, expectations, belonging.
Wider systems and context: social pressures, productivity culture, gender roles, success narratives and life stage.
By the end you will:
🌿Recognise the voice and patterns of the inner critic.
🌿Develop self-compassion and a more supportive inner voice.
🌿Understand the roots of the critic and how self-criticism affects mental health and wellbeing.
🌿Develop self-compassion and a more supportive inner voice.
🌿Apply meditation-based, intrapersonal practices for pausing and responding differently.
